Sign in to the web workspace and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can't access your account, email privacy@novaraops.com from the address on file and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
Open iOS Settings → Novara and confirm Camera and Photosare enabled. If they're already on, force-quit and reopen the app.
Voice chat needs both Microphone and Speech Recognition enabled in iOS Settings → Novara. If transcription is still missing, check that your device has Siri & Dictation enabled in iOS Settings.
No. The iOS app is offline-first and queues changes locally. They sync automatically when the device reconnects. Pull down on any list to force a sync. If items remain stuck after several minutes online, contact support with your account email.
