Is Free really free? Yes. Free is a no-card plan for limited core CRM, mobile web capture, documents, and lightweight gated services.
Do I need a credit card to start? No credit card is required for Free. Starter and Pro trials collect billing details before paid-plan activation.
What happens when I hit a Free limit? Existing data remains available to view and export. New over-limit actions are blocked until quota opens up or you upgrade.
Why are AI, SMS, and email limited? Those services create direct vendor cost, so Novara caps them before external calls happen.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan? Paid cancellation preserves your data. The workspace stays paid through the current period, then returns to Free with Free limits.
Does Free include the iOS app? Free includes mobile web capture. Native iOS workflows start on paid plans unless your workspace has a specific allowlist.
Can I export my data from Free? Yes. Free users can keep viewing and exporting their organization data.
How does the mobile app behave offline? Paid mobile capture can continue from the last allowed access snapshot, then sync checks server limits when the device is back online. Vendor-backed actions require an online check.
How does seat pricing work? Starter and Pro are billed per active user, and workspace admins can add seats from settings.
What Pricebook features are in Starter? Starter includes manual pricebooks, labor rates, and CSV imports using your own company pricing.
